| Script Instructions |
1) Open GiftWorks and sign in.
2) Back up your database.
3) Save the attached file to your PC. Right click on the file and extract the script.
4) When you run the script you will be asked if you backed up the database you need to type in YES (in all caps)
Note: It will only copy information from a family relationship. These are the only relationships that we can be sure should be moved
since the family relationship means that it is a relationship with the household. We do not want to inadvertently move relationships
with an organization, etc. The remaining information will have to be moved manually.
Details of how each individual script works is listed below.

| Copy Donor Groups |
| For each household member that is in a group, this script will also add the household record to each of the groups from each household member.
Household records will only be added to each group once. This will copy from both affiliates and donors that are related to a household
through a household relationship. |

| Copy Donor Mailing Lists |
| For each household member that is on a mailing list, this script will also add the household record to each of the mailing lists from each household member.
Household records will only be added to each mailing list once. This will copy from both affiliates and donors that are related to a household

| Move Donor Notes |
| For each household member that has a note interaction, this script will move that note to the household record.
There is no consolidation for duplicate notes; if each household member has a duplicate note, then the interactions for the household will show both.
This will copy from both affiliates and donors that are related to a household through a household relationship. |

| Copy Donor Source |
| For each household, the donor source will be set to the source of the household members if each member has the same source
or there is only one source other than a blank source. If there is more than one source for household members, the
script will create a new source 'GW2008 Upgrade Check' and set the source of the household to this value. Customers can then
create a smartlist of donors with a source of 'GW2008 Upgrade Check' to manually update these households. |

| Copy Donor Renewal Date |
| For each household, the donor renewal date will be set to the renewal date of the household members if each member has the same renewal date
or there is only one renewal date other than a null date. If there is more than one renewal date for household members, the
script will update the household to be the greatest renewal date. |

| Copy Donor Member Since |
| For each household, the donor member since date will be set to the member since date of the household members if each member has the same
member since date or there is only one member since date other than a null date. If there is more than one member since date for household members,
the script will update the household to be the earliest member since date. |

| Move Donor Mailing History |
| For each household member that has a mailing history interaction, this script will move that mailing history to the household record.
There is no consolidation for duplicate mailing histories; if each household member was included on the same mailing, then the history for the household will show both.
This will copy from both affiliates and donors that are related to a household through a household relationship. |

| Copy Donor Status |
| For each household, the donor status will be set to the status of the household members if each member has the same status
or there is only one status other than a blank status. If there is more than one status for household members, the
script will create a new status 'GW2008 Upgrade Check Status' and the set status of the household to this value. If one of the household members
is deceased, the status of the household will also be set to 'GW2008 Upgrade Check Status' because we are unsure how to mark the household record.
Customers can then create a smartlist of donors with a status of 'GW2008 Upgrade Check Status' to manually update these households. |

| Move Donor Tasks |
| For each household member that has a task, this script will move that task to the household record.
There is no consolidation for duplicate tasks; if each household member has the same task, then each of the tasks willbe moved to the household.

| For each household, the donor assigned to will be set to the assigned to of the household members if each member has the same assigned to
or there is only one assigned to other than a blank assigned to. If there is more than one assigned to value for household members, the
script will create a new assigned to value 'GW2008 Upgrade Check AssignedTo' and set the assigned to of the household to this value. Customers can then
create a smartlist of donors with an assigned to value of 'GW2008 Upgrade Check AssignedTo' to manually update these households. |

| Copy Donor Custom Fields |
For each household, the donor assigned to will be set to the assigned to of the household members if each member has the same assigned to
or there is only one assigned to other than a blank assigned to.
If the household has members with different values, they will be handled in the following way:
For List Custom Fields -> A new value of 2008 GiftWorks Check will be created and assigned to the household.
For Date Custom Fields -> The earliest date will be chosen and assigned to the household.
For Text Custom Fields -> A new value of 2008 GiftWorks Check will be assigned to the household.
For CheckBox Custom Fields -> The household will be assigned the value of Checked.
