If you have GiftWorks 2006, you will need to upgrade to use this service. Here's how it works:

• Choose a time when you won’t be making changes to your GiftWorks database and send us a copy.
• We'll check the donor addresses for accuracy (address, city, state and zip). We'll also check to ensure that donor addresses are current.
• After reviewing the donor address changes, we will update the donor address information in your GiftWorks database.
• Lastly, we'll provide you with the updated database via a secure web link and provide you with the USPS certification forms.  Now you're ready to send your next mailing - accurately.

CASS is the Coding Accuracy Support System. It ensures the accuracy of zip codes and delivery point bar codes that appear on your mail pieces. CASS Certification is valid for 180 days.

NCOA (National Change of Address) compares your mailing list to more than 160 million address changes. When a postal customer files a permanent change of address with their local Post Office, the move is added to NCOA. When name and address information on your mailing list matches name and "old" address information on NCOA, your GiftWorks database will be updated with the new address. NCOA certification is valid for 90 days.
