Partner Program Benefits
Consultant Partner Program Website
We provide you password access to the secure Consultant Partner Program website. This site contains tools you need to make and track your referrals, plus links to other helpful Mission Research and GiftWorks resources.
Certified Partner Logo
On the Consultant Partner Program website, you will find HTML code that you can copy and paste into your website or email signature block. It creates a GiftWorks Certified Partner Logo. You can invite clients to click on this logo and it will take them to a screen to download a 30-day free trial of GiftWorks software. The logo contains identifiers that ensures all clicks are recorded to your personal Referral Account.
You can also just enter your referrals directly in the Consultant Partner Program website and the organization you refer will receive an email with a GiftWorks download link.
GiftWorks Licenses
We believe the best way to teach you about the benefits of GiftWorks is to let you experience it first hand. Your firm will receive up to five GiftWorks licenses, one license for each consultant who participates in the Consultant Partner Program. Consultant partner licenses can be used as learning and teaching tools (licenses are not for resale and cannot be given or traded in any way).
Online Directory of Consultants
The GiftWorks Online Directory of Consultants is a great benefit. GiftWorks customers and prospective customers can access the directory from the Mission Research website or from within GiftWorks. Your exposure to potential clients is maximized with searchable directory content.
Complete Phone Support
Program support is an important part of any partner program. Mission Research offers software support to all consulting partners. You can dial our toll-free support number during regular business hours with questions about GiftWorks or the Consultant Partner Program.
Great Venue to Share Your Point of View
We give Partners a chance to let their opinions and considered judgments be heard. If you write, blog, or review, send us your articles and links at consultants@missionresearch.com. We'll try to incorporate them into our newsletters, resource documents, and website. You will always be fully credited, with your links provided so interested parties can contact you directly. We'd love to hear from you, and so would our thousands of GiftWorks customers!
Co-marketing Opportunities
Mission Research is asked to be part of professional fundraising events around the country and beyond. We simply cannot attend all these events. For some events, we ask Consultant Partners to represent GiftWorks. We supply all the tools (sample disks, features sheets, GiftWorks signage, and GiftWorks lanyards or buttons). This can be co-marketed with the services you offer.
Seminar Events
Occasionally, Mission Research will schedule a product demonstration or professional development event. Consultant Partners are sometimes asked to provide a talk on some topic related to the use of GiftWorks or development information systems. Such presentations are fully credited and promoted as provided by an independent consultant. This may represent a great opportunity for business development.
Free Consultant Training
Training opportunities include the initial GiftWorks Tour and the Volunteers Tour. Each provides a single one-hour product presentation, with additional time for questions and answers. Sign up for these HERE.
We also offer these online GiftWorks classes free to our partners:
- Importing Data
- Customizing GiftWorks to Fit Your Nonprofit
- Processing Gifts and Pledges
- Using the Mailing Center
- Using SmartLists
These online classes provide an opportunity for you to “sit” side by side with customers. They can also serve as a template for you to develop your own training consultation and programs as billable services. These one-hour advancement and operational sessions are led by Mission Research staff and are described HERE.
Your ideas for other training opportunities are welcome!
