GiftWorks fundraising software allows you to easily create valuable, highly targeted lists of your nonprofit's donors, supporters, and prospects through SmartLists. You might know these as "queries", which is a rather technical way of talking about lists. Send Letters, Labels, and Envelopes to Any SmartList
Need to send a quick letter to your donors? It's easy—just pick a SmartList then click “send mail.” Or add any SmartList to your own mailing lists, which are easy to create in the Mail Center. GiftWorks ships with some convenient built-in SmartLists to help you get started right away!
Creating labels and envelopes is simple—simply click “print labels” or “print envelopes” next to any SmartList, and select from a large database of labels, including the popular Avery 5160 labels. Format your labels with ease to make them look the way you want.
Send Mass Email to SmartLists—Fast!
You can send email to any donor, or to any SmartList. Simply click on Send Mail on the blue lefthand menu in GiftWorks, and follow the instructions from there. GiftWorks records each mailing for each donor on the list.
Run Reports on Any SmartList
Once you create a SmartList of donors—now what? GiftWorks allows you to run robust reports on any SmartList. You also can customize each report.
Export Any SmartList
Exporting any SmartList is as simple as point and click. Export to Excel or a variety of other formats. And don't forget about QuickBooks integration—it's real-time integration, saving you time and money!
